TUCSON, Ariz. – July 28, 2026 – Constance E. Wills, founder of Beauty Beyond The Wall, LLC, will present “The Right Fit: Purpose, Vision, and the Power of Mindset” on August 8, 2026, during the Leadership Experience Tour in Troy, Michigan.

The presentation will examine how personal beliefs, recurring thought patterns, and self-awareness influence leadership decisions and everyday choices. Wills will also share practical methods attendees can use to pause and evaluate the thinking behind a response before taking action.

At the heart of Wills’ message is a simple but often overlooked truth: change starts with recognition. Before someone can choose a different response, they first have to notice the thought or pattern quietly driving the situation in front of them.

During the presentation, Wills will introduce two tools central to her educational work. The Mindset Reset™ Framework is a structured, step-by-step process for uncovering the beliefs that shape everyday decisions, helping participants separate automatic, inherited thinking from choices that genuinely reflect who they are and where they want to go. Thought Break™ builds on that framework as an intentional pause, a moment built into the decision-making process where someone stops to identify the thought behind a behavior or reaction before acting on it, rather than realizing it only in hindsight.

Wills developed this approach over nearly 35 years working in criminal justice, where she saw firsthand how decision-making, repeated behavior, and a person’s openness to change shaped both personal and professional outcomes. That experience continues to inform her work today, which is centered on women, particularly women in midlife and beyond who are navigating transition, reinvention, identity, leadership, and renewed purpose.

Following her retirement from criminal justice, Wills founded Beauty Beyond The Wall, LLC, a Tucson-based company offering motivational speaking, mentoring, coaching, and mindset education. Through keynote presentations, workshops, and one-on-one and group coaching, the company helps women recognize the thought patterns holding them back and build the self-awareness needed to move forward with clarity and confidence, whether they are stepping into a new career, reclaiming their identity, or redefining purpose in a new chapter of life.
