Rayong, Thailand – Recently, 2 sets of the Vacuum Heating and Oil Filling Equipment / 4290*5700*4370mm supplied by TRIHOPE was successfully installed, commissioned, and accepted at the production facility of QTC Energy Public Company Limited. Following joint inspection and trial runs by both parties, key performance indicators—including ultimate vacuum level, leakage rate, temperature control accuracy, and the automatic variable-pressure drying program—met or exceeded the requirements of the technical agreement. The equipment has now been officially handed over and put into production.
▌Project Execution & Technical Highlights
To ensure smooth implementation, TRIHOPE dispatched senior field engineers to Thailand to oversee the entire process, overcoming challenges such as limited workshop space and high ambient humidity:
● Precision Installation & Piping: Completed leveling of the drying chamber, connection of the vacuum system, hot-air circulation system, and thermal oil heating circuits, with full leak testing.
● Intelligent Control Commissioning: Configured and verified the PLC+HMI-based program, enabling precise cyclic pressure variation during the drying process—effectively preventing core rust and shortening drying cycles.
● Performance Verification: Achieved an ultimate vacuum leakage rate compliant with JB/T standards, and stable heating/cooling curves, fully satisfying the stringent requirements for drying transformer active parts and insulation.

Throughout commissioning, our engineers provided comprehensive on-site training covering start-up/shutdown procedures, recipe management, and routine maintenance.
